Chuck Moore, P.E. has a diverse portfolio of project experience for both public and private clients in K-12, higher education, non-profit, and municipal market sectors. In addition to site design, Chuck has professional experience in the stormwater pipe manufacturing industry. He regularly manages projects from the initial design phase through construction. His clients appreciate his responsiveness, technical expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond for the sake of the project.  Internally, Chuck is considered one of BLP’s most valued technical resources for stormwater management design, hydrology studies and local permitting requirements.
